Aridus Industries — 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
Effective: October 10, 2025

  1. Eligibility & Timeframe

    • You may return most new, unused, and uninstalled products purchased from Aridus Industries within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and documentation and with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Email support@aridusindustries.freshdesk.com (or the customer service address on your order) with your order number, product(s) to be returned, and reason for return. You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Aridus before shipping the item back. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

  3. Return Shipping & Costs

    • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Aridus Industries does not pay for return shipping unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed to in writing prior to return.

  4. Restocking Fee

    • A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for each returned item.

  5. Defective or Damaged Items

    • If an item is received damaged or is defective, contact support immediately and include photos and a description of the defect. The product still must be returned (with an RMA) for inspection. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless Aridus explicitly authorizes and confirms otherwise in writing. Once Aridus receives and verifies the defect, we will issue a refund in accordance with section 6 below.

  6. Refund Processing

    • Once Aridus receives the returned product and completes inspection, refunds are processed within 5 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the $15 restocking fee and any non-refundable original shipping charges. Please allow your bank or card issuer additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.

  7. Non-returnable / Final-Sale Items

    • Custom orders, clearance items, and items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable.

  8. Exchanges

    • Exchanges are treated as a return + new purchase. Follow the return procedure above to return the original item; then place a new order for the replacement item.

  9. Inspection & Condition

    • Returns are inspected on receipt. Refunds may be reduced or denied if items show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or missing original packaging.

  10. Contact & Returns Address

  • Start returns by emailing support@aridusindustries.freshdesk.com for an RMA and return instructions.

  • Returned packages should be addressed per the RMA instructions (Aridus will provide the correct return address when issuing the RMA).
